          SHIPPING POLICY

          We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday 9am to 12pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.

          DOMESTIC

          We ship to the 48 continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

          Domestic orders over $50.00 USD receive free USPS Priority shipping, delivery time ranges from 3-5 business days.

          We use the following Shipping Methods:

          • USPS (United States Postal Service) for Economy
          • UPS Ground [3-5 Business Days]
          • UPS 2nd Day Air [2 Business Days]*
          • UPS Next Day Air Saver*

          *UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS Next Day Air Saver orders received after 12pm PST will be processed the following work day. Please also note that UPS Next Day Air Saver orders processed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. UPS 2nd Day Air orders processed on Thursdays will arrive the following Monday. UPS 2nd Day Air orders processed on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday.

          We ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that these shipments cannot be shipped via UPS.

          We are unable to ship via UPS to PO box addresses.
           

          INTERNATIONAL

          We ship to the following countries:

          • Australia
          • Canada
          • Japan
          • New Zealand
          • Puerto Rico

          International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited [2-5 Business Days] or UPS Worldwide Saver [1-3 Business Days], excluding Puerto Rico, which ships USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping and handling charges will apply and will be calculated at time of order.  Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days based on destination country and delivery method, but we will not be liable for late deliveries.

          We ship internationally to residential addresses only. We do not ship internationally to commercial addresses, including businesses, hotels, motels or resorts. We do not ship internationally to PO Box addresses.

          The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Title and risk of loss will transfer to the recipient upon delivery to UPS in the United States.

          All customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, customs clearance costs, and any other charges of the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are required to complete a customs declaration with the sales price of the item(s) purchased; items cannot be declared as a gift.

          All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.

          Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded.

          All prices on international orders are in US Dollars.

          All international orders are final.  They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
