Returns and Exchanges
Accessories purchased through Tavik.com are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase*. Tavik will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term.
*"Accessories" applies to any and all products listed under the Accessories category. Items purchased outside of this category are ineligible for warranty coverage.
Tavik's Limited One Year Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-Tavik product; promotional items; shipping or other costs associated with returning the product to Tavik; or incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
30-Day Return Policy
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, we gladly accept returns for refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase, subject to the limitations outlined below. All returns must be in original (clean, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached). We reserve the right to charge a $5 restocking fee if products are returned with missing or damaged content.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will ship your missing or damaged product(s) free of charge.
Wrong Size, Color, or Item
If for any reason you receive an item that is the wrong size, color, or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 30 days so we can process a reshipment.
Sale items are non-refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return. Please do not return final sale items to us.
To obtain warranty service, please submit an RMA request below. After obtaining an RMA number, defective product must be returned to Tavik before any warranty service will be provided. You are responsible for all shipping and other costs associated with returning defective product to Tavik. Original proof of purchase may be required to complete your warranty service request.
- All returns must be post-marked with an authorized RMA# within 30 days from original purchase date
- Returns for credit must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from Tavik.com
- In order to receive a refund, all products must include all original materials and be in new condition
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- All international orders are FINAL. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
After submitting your form, please allow about 1-2 business days for processing. If approved, you will receive an email from email@example.com with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your request.

Upon receiving the item(s) for return, it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show on your billing statement. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to Tavik.
Exchanges may take 1 to 2 weeks for complete transaction. Return processing is completed in the order they are received. Exchange items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the original order for a refund.

All return postage must be pre-paid. Return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it is for a defective item or the incorrect item was shipped.
Purchase Card Refund
Your credit card will be refunded upon receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
Charges on my Card
In the case that your card appears to be charged twice, it is actually called a preauthorization which usually occurs when you are using a debit card vs. a credit card. This method checks if there are sufficient funds available before a user places an order. When the order is placed, our credit card processor authorizes and captures the full amount.
